Where do we register staff for CPL 2.0 in the Intranet Learning Calendar?
ReplyDeleteWow! I'd love to win the I-pod touch!
ReplyDeleteNo questions...just saying I'm excited for this! :)

ReplyDeleteCurious: I want to know how much of this we must retain in order to help customers. I am not sure that we have time to help people sign up for Twitter or Facebook for instance. So I am wondering in what capacity we will be using this information.
ReplyDeleteHi Heather and Katie,
ReplyDeleteI am really looking forward to the coming weeks!
To reply to some of the above comments....
ReplyDeleteYAY for everyone that is excited- we are excited too!
Regarding the Learning Calendar, there was a delay in posting the training on the calendar, when the session is posted for staff to be signed up, I will send an email to all CS Managers to have their staff registered.
Thanks so much for the comments and keep em' comming!!

Bring it on!!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds good. I am excited about the challenge!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks fun!! Do we need to get registered to follow through the trainings?
ReplyDeleteTo "Curious": We certainly don't expect you to help people sign up for Twitter. You can learn more about the reasoning behind this training by clicking the link "Business Plan" at the top of the blog.
ReplyDeleteBasically, it will help CPL staff project a modern and tech-savvy image. We want to encourage staff to learn about new technologies in a fun and social way.
The training also supoprts several of CPL's Values, including: knowledge & learning, innovation, and collaboration.
Sounds like an interesting challenge.
ReplyDeleteHi do I have to open new account or I can use my old?

Hi Bozenka. You will need to create a new blog specifically for this training. Feel free to use your CPL email address to do this.
ReplyDeleteI'm ready for challenging:))))
